Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in various locations including Mesa, Arizona, Bellevue, Everett, and Kent, Washington, Berkeley and Hazelwood, Missouri, Huntsville, Alabama, Long Beach and Seal Beach, California. This position is hybrid, requiring some onsite work at one of the listed locations. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing access management policies, procedures, and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing user access, provisioning and deprovisioning accounts, troubleshooting access issues, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects
  • Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
  • Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan
  • Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals
  • Supports the development and implementation of strategies
  • Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows
  • Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis
  • Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders
  • Develops risk mitigation plan
  • Manage user identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege enforcement
  • Administer access to Enterprise GSC&I systems, applications, and data platforms following security policies and compliance standards
  • Support audits and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX)
  • Collaborate with IT computing security, infrastructure, and business teams to optimize identity governance and access control processes
  • Respond to and troubleshoot access-related issues, providing timely resolution to support business operations
  • Develop and maintain access management documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials
  • Conduct periodic access reviews to verify that users have appropriate levels of access and take corrective actions as needed
  • More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • More than 3 years of experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
  • More than 1 year of experience working across multiple business units and interfacing with key stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong analytical skills to manage large-scale user validation efforts and resolve issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • More than 3 years of experience supporting internal customers
  • More than 3 years of experience supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplines
