About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Procurement Agents (Level 3/4) to join our team in Everett, WA. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and solve complex problems with creative solutions. Come join the Supply Chain Contracts team responsible for many critical components required for our commercial airplanes! Primary duties include managing relationships with external companies and internal stakeholders, and negotiating cost recoveries, terms and conditions, and contract extensions. This individual will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will execute and maintain contracts within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field
  • Experience drafting contracts or legal documents
  • Experience creating and developing strategy
  • Experience developing proposals or contracts
  • Experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract needs and specifications.
  • Evaluate proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization.
  • Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement procedures and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
