About The Position

Procurement Agent (Associate, Experienced, and Subject Matter Expert) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) Distribution Business is looking for Procurement Agent (Associate, Experienced, and Subject Matter Expert) to support our team in Hazelwood, MO Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry, Associate and Experienced Level Procurement Agents. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Hazelwood, MO site. Position Responsibilities: Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements. Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements. Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of total related experience
• 3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Strategic Sourcing practices and processes
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities
• The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
• “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field of study
• 7+ years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
• 7+ years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
• 7+ years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts
• Experience in US-Government, FAR-compliant proposals
• Experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
• Experience drafting, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontracts
• MRO/Services experience

• Summary pay range for Experienced level: $88,400 - $119,600
• Summary pay range for Expert level: $110,500 - $149,500
