About The Position

Procurement Agent Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Procurement Agent Mid- Level and/or Senior Level to join our Sourcing team in Everett, WA. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication/organizational skills and a strong desire to learn and solve complex problems with creative solutions. Come join the Supply Chain Sourcing team to be a driving factor for how our commercial airplanes are and will be built in the future! Primary duties include managing relationships with external companies and internal stakeholders, supporting source evaluation/selection, drafting legal documents, negotiating pricing, and terms and conditions. This individual will be the primary contact with the suppliers and internal stakeholders and will execute and maintain contracts within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures. This position is 100% on-site. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at the listed location.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
• 5+ Experience project management experience with multiple stake holders
• 5+ Experience drafting contracts or legal documents
• 5+ Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field
• Experience presenting for executive leadership awareness and approval
• Negotiation experience

Responsibilities

• Source new parts and new suppliers for parts
• Manage internal business proposals for supplier selections
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract needs and specifications
• Evaluate proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization
• Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement procedures and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements
