About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Procurement Agent (Associate or Experienced) to support program based out of Hazelwood, MO or Ridley Park, PA. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate and Experienced Level Procurement Agents. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Hazelwood, MO or Ridley Park, PA. This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• 1+ years' experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
• 1+ years' experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions
• Fluent in both verbal and written English
• This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

• 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required
• 3+ years' experience functioning in a cross-functional environment
• 2+ years' experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
• 3+ years' experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

Responsibilities

• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
• Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
• Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

• Summary pay range: Ridley Park, PA: Level 2 - $79,200 - $92,400 Level 3 - $99,900 - $116,550 Hazelwood, MO: Level 2 - $73,800 - $86,100 Level 3 - $93,600 - $109,200
