About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Procurement Agent to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The position involves oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance. The role includes leading negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions, preparing and executing negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements, and interpreting and enforcing contract terms and conditions. The Senior Procurement Agent will consult with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues and lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Additionally, the role requires participation in supply chain process improvement teams and identifying improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.
  • 5+ years of experience leading projects from contract award through system requirements review, preliminary design review, critical design review, parts procurement, installation, testing, and delivery.
  • 5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
  • 5+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives.
  • Domestic and international travel as needed.

  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business related field, or equivalent work experience.
