About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Procurement Agent (Level 3) to join our dynamic team in Tukwila, Washington. Position Responsibilities: Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Shift: This position is for 1st shift. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
• More than 3 years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
• More than 3 years of experience leading proposals, contract terms and conditions development, and negotiation efforts
• This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• More than 3 years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
• More than 3 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
• More than 3 years of experience in proposal development and contract negotiations with U.S. Government Customers
