About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for the Procurement Agent Manager to join Supply Chain Functional Excellence team in Everett, WA. We are seeking a solution focused First Line Procurement Manager to lead the Operations and Contracts Intermediate and Advanced Training team for Functional Excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong contracting expertise, technical understanding, project management and people-centered coaching to deliver reliable category support, align stakeholders, and grow strategic sourcing influence across the category while championing Boeing values and fostering team culture. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Everett, WA location.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement contracting
  • 3+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • Must have demonstrated leadership experience in a formal or informal setting
  • Able to travel domestically up to 5%

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Have completed a Boeing management or leadership program
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills, organizational, decision-making, analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to execute commitments
  • Experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Operations & Contracts Intermediate/Advanced Training team, provide coaching, performance management, and foster a values‑driven team culture.
  • Own the learning strategy and deliverables for contracting and operations training, ensuring consistency and technical accuracy across intermediate and advanced curricula.
  • Develop and maintain a degreed learning pathway and mandatory training matrix; coordinate a manager questionnaire to validate role requirements.
  • Plan and manage the annual training schedule across all sites (including fabs), balancing in‑person and virtual delivery to minimize operational impact.
  • Build and run PRA and Recovery simulation programs to develop practical decision‑making and contract execution skills.
  • Manage intake/customer support for training requests, prioritize needs, and track learner satisfaction and impact.
  • Create training content, job aids, assessments, and instructor guides; deliver key sessions as needed.
  • Define KPIs (completion, competency, simulation performance, stakeholder feedback) and report program outcomes.
  • Establish external technical affiliations and certification pathways; manage partnerships to support credentialing.
