About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent Manager - Contracts to join our Secondary Structures Sourcing team in Everett, WA. We are seeking a solutions‑focused First Line Procurement Manager to lead high-volume Sourcing activities for Secondary Structures. The ideal candidate combines strong contracting expertise, technical understanding, project management and people-centered coaching to deliver reliable category support, align stakeholders, and grow strategic sourcing influence across the category while championing Boeing values and fostering team culture. Our team is currently hiring for a Level K Procurement Agent Manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement contracting
  • 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams
  • 5+ years of experience as a proven leader with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills

  • Experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of high-volume, competitive bid Sourcing activities.
  • Manage a large project portfolio and deliver against on-time contracting targets.
  • Establish clear priorities, set and maintain award due dates, and proactively remove roadblocks to meet project schedules.
  • Coordinate and align cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate proposals, assess potential suppliers, baseline work movement plans and update execution timelines.
  • Coach, develop, and resource the frontline Sourcing team; set high performance expectations and provide visible leadership.
  • Identify and escalate category-level sourcing opportunities, cost-savings levers and risk-mitigation actions.
  • Oversee the development and execution of contract settlement plans; critically evaluate supplier cost structures, support supplier negotiations and ensure best-value contract awards.
  • Maintain procurement compliance and approve contractual documentation.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
