About The Position
Boeing Global Services, Government (BGS-G) Strategic Sourcing Team is seeking a Procurement Agent (Experienced or Senior) – Team Lead, to join our dynamic team in Hazelwood, MO! As the Team Lead, this individual would be committed to the success of the strategic sourcing team by improving current processes, coaching procurement agents on documentation and negotiations, and reporting up to leadership on various projects / initiatives. As an Experienced Procurement Agent, this individual would contract with various suppliers on long-term contracts with performances greater than 3 years and serve as a peer mentor to other procurement agents on the team.
