About The Position
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Procurement Agent (Level 2 or 3) to join our In-Service Supplier Performance team in Seattle, Washington; Everett, Washington or Seal Beach, California. The Procurement Agent will provide support to external companies and internal organizations through his/her supply chain knowledge. Operation Procurement Agents for Boeing Commercial Airplanes manage a sophisticated web of suppliers that provide critical components of Boeing’s state-of-the-art commercial jetliners. Operation Procurement Agents for In Service Supplier Performance oversee supplier proprietary parts for all aircraft commodities, interface directly with Airlines, and enforce product support contract requirements to strengthen Supplier aftermarket support and enhance Customer fleet operations. This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.
