Requirements

• 1+ years supporting requisitioning and purchase order management in a high volume industry.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as purchaser, buyer, or in another operational role within a procurement organization.
• Experience with requisitioning and invoice management.
• 2+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience with process improvement and project management.

Responsibilities

• Managing ticketing queue.
• Ensuring operations procurement compliance.
• Documenting operations scope and processes.
• Implementing mechanisms to increase procurement efficiencies.
• Managing procurement processes consistently on a regional basis.
• Becoming a subject matter expert on all systems and policies related to team programs.
• Managing PR queues and intake workflows.
• Overseeing PO processes and resolving systems related issues.
• Minimizing invoice approval escalations and holds.
• Working across various business and technical SDE teams to define and implement procurement application functionality.
