The Processor is responsible for accurately entering, documenting, and researching insurance account data to support policy issuance, endorsements, and carrier compliance across Wholesure’s portfolio. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to established SOPs, and a strong sense of urgency to meet service timelines and maintain data integrity in partnership with agency and underwriting teams.

  • Input new and renewal insurance submissions, endorsements, and cancellations into the policy management system accurately and completely.
  • Ensure all file documentation is scanned, labeled, and filed in accordance with company SOPs.
  • Track and log all entries for audit compliance and visibility.
  • Investigate missing or conflicting data elements by cross-referencing carrier portals, internal systems, and agency communications.
  • Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform gap reviews of policy files to verify accuracy of coverage, endorsements, and payment details.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while meeting turnaround expectations.
  • Monitor assigned tasks and update status daily within the workflow management system.
  • Follow all departmental SOPs to ensure consistent processing standards.
  • Participate in routine audits and quality reviews; take corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest workflow or system enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with underwriting support, agency partners, and team leads to clarify missing information or correct discrepancies.
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings to stay informed on procedural updates and system changes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in Business, Insurance, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years in a data entry, administrative, or insurance processing role.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume insurance or underwriting support environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience using insurance management systems (e.g., ImageRight, Workday, or similar platforms) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow written procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
