About The Position
The Tifton retail store, located at 1915 Larkin RD, is currently looking for a hard-working and dedicated Retail Associate - Processor. Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers, Inc.'s Retail Associate - Processor responsibilities include processing and sorting donated goods in a rapid but accurate manner, stocking the store shelves in a neat and orderly manner, rotating merchandise on a color-coded system, identifying quality donations, pricing, processing, and transporting donations to the sales floor on time, achieving production goals based on quality and quantity of donations, and working in other areas of the store as requested by the leadership team. You will be hired as a Retail Associate-processor; however, you will be cross-trained and expected to learn and work in all areas of the retail operation. A part-time position averages 20-25 hours per week, with hours fluctuating based on business needs (i.e., seasonal changes, donation volumes, etc.). Operating days will fluctuate based on the store location. The Retail Associate - Processor must be available to work any shifts Monday through Sunday.
