You will report directly to our ISC Production Supervisor in Torrance, CA with an onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency of the supply chain, ensuring that processes are executed accurately and timely, which will ultimately lead to improved customer satisfaction and business performance. Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of experience in supply chain operations or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Experience with inventory management and logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Confirmed work experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Shipment Management: Check and compare incoming shipments against invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and inspecting for damage before organizing and storing products.
  • Inventory Maintenance: Accurately update internal databases and ERP systems with received stock, maintain logs of deliveries, and account for the location of goods.
  • Returns Coordination: Package and document return to vendors, communicate with vendors about any issues, and collaborate with the department for scheduling assembly and display of products.
