About The Position

Symbia Logistics is currently seeking reliable, hardworking Fulfillment Associate to join our growing organization. In this position, you will perform various warehouse activities such as inspection of orders pulled, labelling and shipping of orders. A keen attention to detail is a must, as you will be inspecting orders prepared as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment.
• Prefer ability to skillfully and safely operate a forklift
• Good working knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• Solid written and oral communication skills.
• Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conducts inspection of orders pulled by fulfillment associates.
• Prioritize incoming paperwork to ensure meeting deadlines.
• Prepare products for shipping.
• Create and print labels, generate BOL's and log pick up dates.
• Use MS Software to communicate updates.
• Use phone, email and portals to communicate information.
• Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures.
