This position is from 5:45pm to 6am on a 2-2-3 shift pattern. Pay up to $24.00 based on relative experience with opportunity for growth. The Processing Technician is responsible for blending, batching, filtering, transferring, calculating inventory tank readings, and preparation of all products to meet the bottling schedule using approved formulas and company specifications. Responsibilities include blending fixes and final approvals prior to bottling; bulk receiving and inventory management; documenting blending volumes from the bottling schedule and submitting to the laboratory for approval. The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and cleanliness of the work area. The technician must understand and comply with safety requirements, keep safety top of mind, report all safety concerns, and maintain a clean workplace. The position also requires delivering maximum customer service and satisfaction, adhering to established standards, and continuously improving blending and batching processes. The technician will create a personal development plan with the Processing Supervisor to improve skills and performance, and will be responsible for identifying career goals within the organization. The role involves optimizing resources, effectively communicating interdepartmentally, and ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and company procedures.

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to operate industrial equipment as required.
  • 12 months continuous experience in every previous job.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of processing/batching activities.
