About The Position

Pinnacle is registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and accredited by the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB). You are Pinnacle’s front line. You transform donated human tissue into high-precision products for use as surgical implants. You have direct ownership of the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process, creating life-changing treatments for ailments ranging from spinal disc degeneration to foot wounds. Work hours: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm / MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN for 30-90 days: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm Work environment: Manufacturing Cleanroom (contact with Human Tissue and Bone) Location: North Phoenix, near 19th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road Pay Rate: $21.00/hour + 11% Shift Differential = $23.31/hour

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support / maintain 5S practices and standards.
  • Teamwork, collaboration, and respectful interactions.
  • Stay current on all company required training.
  • Comply with all applicable OSHA, ISO 13485, FDA, cGMP, cGTP, HIPAA, AATB, Universal Precautions, and PTT Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
  • Participate in manufacturing some tissue products (may include lyophilization) in accordance with the Production Schedule, at expected output rates, and tissue yield standards.
  • Participate in documenting all manufacturing steps executed compliant with GDP standards, and at expected output rates.
  • Contain and disposition all non-conformances per PTT QMS procedures.
  • Participate in setting up, tearing down, decontaminating, and sterilizing cleanroom spaces and equipment at expected output rates for all processing events.
  • Participate in management approved cross training skill blocks as defined in Skills Matrix.
  • Other duties as assigned.
