About The Position
The Processing Team Member (Racker) is responsible for sorting donated items, identifying valuable finds, and preparing them for the sales floor. This role also involves identifying recyclable items to divert them from landfills. The team works collaboratively to manage merchandise efficiently and safely, contributing to the company's mission of positively impacting the environment and communities, providing value to customers, reducing waste, supporting local charities, and creating jobs. - At least 18 years old and ready to join our processing team
Responsibilities
- Sort donated items and identify great finds
- Help identify recyclable items. Even if we can't sell it, we keep it out of the landfill
- Get those great finds sales floor ready
- Load and unload carts to get merchandise out safely and efficiently
