About The Position
Are you looking for a full time, fast-paced, hands-on role? We’re hiring Processing Team Members to support our high-volume operation by moving, lifting, and sorting donated goods efficiently and accurately. What You’ll Do: Lift, carry, and transfer bags and boxes throughout your shift Sort clothing, household items, and toys quickly into designated bins Identify sellable, unsellable, and recyclable items while meeting time and quality standards Work closely with a team to maintain steady production flow Rotate tasks and follow all safety and quality guidelines What We’re Looking For: At least 18 years old Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and moving for extended periods Strong attention to detail while working at speed This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, high expectations, and being part of a team that keeps things moving.
