About The Position

The Processing Team Member - 2nd Shift plays a crucial role in managing the inventory of the ingredient storage room at Torani's manufacturing facility. This position involves overseeing the transfer, put-away, and inventory management of all ingredients, ensuring that materials are accurately tracked and efficiently utilized to support production. Team members are also engaged in process improvement initiatives and are expected to communicate effectively with internal partners to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, inventory, and/or warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required with MS Office programs such as Excel and Word.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Available to work 2nd shift schedule, typically Monday - Friday, 1:00pm-9:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of the ingredient storage room.
• Oversee the transfer and put-away of raw materials.
• Conduct cycle counting and track material obsolescence.
• Execute routine tasks with high accuracy to support production.
• Communicate effectively with internal partners to share pertinent information.
• Participate in process improvement activities.
• Ensure proper rotation of materials (first in first out).
• Maintain a safe and enjoyable work environment.
