About The Position

This position is located in Virginia Beach, VA, within the Production & Logistics department. The role is full-time, scheduled from Tuesday to Friday, 5:45 AM to 4:30 PM. As a Processing Support Technician OB/Demin, you will perform all aspects of circulating and in-process documentation of tissues and equipment/materials for all processing cleanrooms in a FDA regulated environment. Your work will contribute directly to life-changing outcomes.

Requirements

• High School or GED required.
• Zero years of work experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year work experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Computer Software, Databases.

Responsibilities

• Tissue Circulating support for all processing rooms, including obtaining necessary equipment/tools/items, preparing processing materials, and preparing samples for transport.
• Perform set-up, break-down, and terminal cleaning events for all processing rooms, including the removal and documentation of post-processing materials and forms and bio-hazardous waste.
• Inventory and organize supplies and equipment necessary for processing.
• Perform environmental monitoring (touch plating of clean rooms and general areas), prepare processing materials, and order/stock supplies and equipment for clean rooms.
• Monitor temperatures and maintain specified equipment (freezers, refrigerators, and incubators) as required.
