The Processing Supervisor oversees all shift juice processing operations, which includes two lines servicing presses and decanters. This position reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for working daily with the Production Manager and Procurement (Planning) Department to ensure the daily production schedule is mapped out and completed in a timely manner. The Processing Supervisor provides leadership, planning, and allocates resources to help create a high-performance team, resulting in improved safety and productivity performance, sanitation, product quality, and cost savings.
