We are seeking a Processing Specialist to support the daily operations of item processing and lockbox payments.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of banking, proof, accounting experience preferred.
• Experience using processing software, branch capture scanner preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
• Familiarity with banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process, balance, resolve items and transactions
• Resolve scanning/transaction issues with FIS proof department
• Transmit totals from external banks items
• Process Lockbox items (tax and utility payments)
• Assist in end of day processing and balancing
• All other duties assigned
