Under the supervision of the SCG Supervisor this position supports the Splitting/Cutting/Grinding/Blasting/Tumbling in all areas of Manufacturing. This position is responsible for processing and packaging manufactured concrete products and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success.

Responsibilities

Operates splitters/grinder/saws/blaster/tumbler in an efficient and safe manner.
Adjusts equipment for product being produced.
Operations require loading materials onto process equipment.
Stacking materials by hand as required.
Checks blocks for proper quality (splits, cuts, grinding, blasting and tumbling)
Must be proficient at operating forklifts available in the production environments.
Performs daily cleaning procedures on production equipment.
Maintains work area clean and clutter free per company standards.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Predictable, and Regular attendance is required.
