About The Position
The Post Consumer Brands facility in Lawrence, KS operates on a 24/7 production schedule. Team members will work: B Shift - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and every other Friday 6:00pm-6:00am OR D Shift - Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and every other Friday 6:00pm-6:00am Shift premiums up to $1.50 per hour Responsibilities In the Processing Operator role, you will:
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or a GED
- Ability to comply with a strict attendance policy
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability and willingness to communicate with cross functional teams
Nice To Haves
- Experience in food manufacturing preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain processing equipment to optimize efficiency and to reduce/eliminate downtime
- Perform accurate, timely collection of data and product samples
- Maintain a clean, sanitary and orderly work area to ensure employee and food safety
