Processing Operators - All Shifts

About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Processing Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality liquid product batches while ensuring equipment is sanitized and maintained in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY: Safely process a variety of quality liquid product batches, and maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of the batching equipment.

Requirements

High school degree, preferable including Chemistry courses or the equivalent
Minimum of two years of related experience

Responsibilities

Process and document all batches required by production in strict adherence to batch records, SOPs and GMPs.
Perform In-Process testing as required.
Maintain raw material inventory, location, and lot control both physically and in computer systems.
Unload bulk materials as required.
Clean and sanitize all equipment and spaces in accordance with SOPs and GMPs.
Maintain and operate department's purified water, material handling, and processing systems in an efficient, safe manner.
Provide technical guidance and training to personnel as required.
Perform other duties as required to facilitate processing operations, documentation, and compliance.
Perform other related duties as required.
