About The Position

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, detail-loving, oil-monitoring, potato-transforming Kettle Operator to join our production dream team in Bethel, PA. Think of it like being the wizard behind the curtain—except the curtain is a kettle fryer, and the magic is a bag of warm, crispy chips.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED.
Strong attention to detail.
Physical stamina—you’ll be on your feet, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
A great attitude and willingness to learn.
Availability for flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Experience in food manufacturing?

Responsibilities

Start the day prepping the kettles—this is where the chip magic begins.
Sort and inspect raw potatoes (you know a bad spud when you see one).
Operate slicers, adjust blades, and make sure those potatoes are chip-worthy.
Keep your eye on the fryers like a hawk—monitoring oil levels, temps, and crispiness.
Use equipment like pallet jacks, forklifts, and stretch wrappers like it’s second nature.
Stay sharp on fire safety, food safety, and every kind of safety.
Step in for team members during breaks—because that’s just how you roll.
Sanitize, organize, and keep your space clean.
Fill out documentation with care—because the paperwork matters just as much as the chips.
Take on other duties as needed. You’re flexible like that.
