The Processing Operator (PO) operates, troubleshoots, and maintains fryer, seasoning, and raw pellet blending equipment, ensuring that preset standards for product safety & quality and machine productivity are attained on a continuous basis. The PO works under the direction of the production supervisor and consults the production schedule to determine the item scheduled to run.
