About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Processing Lead to oversee fabrication and machining operations in a steel processing facility located in Tulsa, OK. The Processing Lead will manage workflow, train team members, and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production. This role is ideal for a technically skilled leader with a background in fabrication or manufacturing who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing, machining, or fabrication environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to learn and operate multiple types of machinery (training provided).
Demonstrated ability to manage workflow and meet production goals under deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Experience with or willingness to learn the following:
Plasma / Oxy Fuel CNC Plate Cutter
Laser Plate Cutter
Press Brake, Plate Rolls, Radial Drills, HEM Saw
HAAS Mill, Manual Lathe
Overhead Crane and Forklift
Steel inventory management (plate, beam, bar, angle, etc.)
Familiarity with Pronest nesting software for job planning.
Experience with job scheduling and workflow coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily processing operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and quality standards are met.
Train and guide team members on equipment usage, safety protocols, and production best practices.
Coordinate job scheduling and prioritization to ensure on-time project completion.
Collaborate with production, inventory, and management teams to streamline operations.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and support maintenance activities as needed.
