Processing Crew Member (PCM 306) - Illinois

About the position

The Processing Crew Member (PCM 306) will work in a team on extruder lines, performing various tasks to ensure quality and efficiency in production. Responsibilities include checking for quality, die, cut, ink stamping, ink striping, and the length and width of the pad/tread to ensure they are within tolerance. The crew member will also check for proper tagging of inventory and ensure it is stocked correctly, complete change-overs, and transport pallets to the rework area. This position involves medium work, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequent lifting/carrying of objects up to 25 lbs. Additionally, the role requires frequent bending and twisting, with occasional squatting, climbing of stairs/ladders, and reaching.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience
