About The Position

This position is based in our Utah Processing Center and is considered an on-site position. Discover has an outstanding culture, and the employee experience is fantastic! Our next class starts in February of 2025. We are currently hiring for schedules that range between the following hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM MST (UT). Note: Shifts are Monday - Friday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of data entry or related experience

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of data entry, quality control or related experience
• Forklift Certification

Responsibilities

• Review documents for accuracy and completeness
• Perform data entry and basic accounting functions
• Update spreadsheets and graphs with established data
• Process transactions within specified timeframes to support customer correspondence
• Maintain applicable inventories
• Create spreadsheets with applicable formulas to support business needs
• Research, identify and correct out-of-balance work
• Maintain and file documents as per retention requirements
• Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
• Partner with vendors associated with mailing and inventory supplies
• Support inventory management including validations and material handling
• Operate motorized and/or non-motorized equipment, forklift certification required
• Pass a keying test
• Be proficient with two or more key production areas and rotate assignments as needed
• Provide training support for new employees
