About The Position

REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill. 2nd shift Processing Associate; 3pm to 11pm, starting wage $23.40. What you’ll start out doing? Learn our safety and quality procedures. Build a variety of skills related to processing, drying, shredding and operating equipment safely and efficiently. What to expect: This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards. You start training on day shift working 8 hr. shifts, M-F, after initial training period of 1 to 4 weeks the shift will be 3pm to 11pm. Responsibilities

Accurately recording weights of material going into and out of dryer and shredder
Complete other duties as assigned as required by the needs of the business
Maintains yard housekeeping standards
