Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred, not required)
• No prior experience needed—we provide on-the-job training
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift/move 25-50 lbs
• Must be minimum of 18 years of age
• Per the Safe Explosives Act of 2002, applicants must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Assemble products in accordance with strict quality standards
• Perform quality inspections and promptly report any defects
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
