Working in a high volume, multi-tasked, goal oriented, team environment, this position is responsible for handling US Assure's internal, external and electronic mail, providing processing information and handling basic business processing and compliance functions, while providing quality service and elite customer satisfaction. This position is also partially responsible for answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line phone while greeting and directing visitors/guests to their applicable party.
