About The Position

Responsible for the overseeing and reporting of the Water Treatment system.

Requirements

• Highschool Diploma
• Experience with Process and Applicable Equipment 101

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of self and others including proper training
• Ensure product safety (SQF / HACCP)
• Ensure that plant meets Irving Standards (interior/exterior premises plant sanitation)
• Exceed required performance and cost targets (rates, waste, recovery)
• Management of consumable ingredients in ERP system
• Inspecting and maintaining equipment
• Open communication with peers / support groups (upstream/downstream, process engineers, mechanics, technicians, QA, etc.,)
• Responsible for updating daily management boards and documents
• Follow all practices, policies, procedures and manufacturing specifications
• Relieve other process water treatment vacation and sicknesses
• Other duties as assigned
• Ensure effluent quality within EPA and ND Department of Environmental Quality permit limits.
