About The Position
Raytheon is seeking a team member for the Process Transformation & Standard Work Team within the Supply Chain Business Operations Organization. The Process Transformation & Standard Work Team is focused on business-level, high visibility efforts to: (1) identify process inefficiencies, (2) design improved process, policy, and tool solutions, (3) manage solutions through development, (4) drive change management and roll out solutions to the Raytheon Supply Chain organization. This role has four major components requiring a high degree of knowledge/experience in each: (1) Raytheon Material Program Management, Customer Proposals & Sourcing; (2) Training Design/Deployment/Content Delivery; (3) CORE/Project Management/Change Management; (4) Information Systems/Tools.
