Our Enterprise Transformation team is looking for consultants who are not only strong problem solvers, but who are excited to work differently in an AI-first world: curious, adaptable, and ready to help clients reimagine how work gets done. The Process Excellence team helps clients improve how work gets done across core enterprise processes by combining process design, process mining, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled / agentic approaches to drive measurable business outcomes. The work is practical and value-focused: identifying inefficiencies, surfacing root causes through data, redesigning workflows, improving control and performance, and building roadmaps that translate operational pain points into real transformation. It is a strong fit for people who like solving complex business problems in a structured, evidence-based way and who can connect AI, intelligent automation, and process insight to broader enterprise transformation.Your RoleAs a senior consultant you’ll lead process diagnostics and automation workstreams-turning operational pain into an executable plan with a credible value case. This is where you start owning the “so what” and “now what,” not just the analysis - often with GenAI as an accelerant, not a gimmick.

Requirements

5–8 years in process transformation, automation, or business transformation consulting
Hands-on exposure to process mining/automation tools and methods
Strong advisory skills; can influence stakeholders and drive decisions
You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI‑enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI‑augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‑driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Nice To Haves

Experience with TOM, controls, or governance is a plus
Experience with process mining and automation tools (i.e. UiPath, Celonis, Signavio, etc.)
Lean six sigma certification preferred
Executive-ready communication and strong client presence

Responsibilities

Lead process discovery, mining, and root-cause analysis for client workstreams
Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change
Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility
Facilitate workshops, present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Guide adoption of automation and AI-enabled operational improvements
Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables
