About The Position
ContainerPort Group (CPG), a World Group company, is currently looking for a self-motivated and positive problem solver to join our family as a Process & Training Specialist for our growing company! This position will be a hybrid position, requiring at least 3 days in the office a week, and is open to any location throughout the U.S. with a CPG presence. The Process & Training Specialist I is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes and training programs. This role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency through process optimization and employee skill development for the ContainerPort Group business. The Process & Training Specialist I will assist in identifying training needs, creating instructional materials, conducting training sessions, and documenting processes to align with organizational goals and best practices.
