About The Position

Electrical Components International (ECI) is looking for a Processing Technician to join our team in Norristown, PA! The Process Technician will be responsible for documenting mold change and machine adjustments for the Norristown, PA facility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3+ years' experience in injection molding.
• Minimum of 1-3+ years' experience in manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in automotive environment a plus.
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• A positive attitude is a must.

Responsibilities

• Document mold change and machine adjustments including troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• Make effective technical decisions and communicate them to Engineering, Production, and management to support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Work with production personnel to ensure molded components meet requirements and adjust as needed.
• Provide molded components in a timely manner to meet production schedules.
• Knowledge or certified in Scientific molding and theory.
• Generate documentation on mold runs for traceability and reproducibility.
• Work with Quality and manufacturing departments to ensure the quality of production and products produced meet company standards.
• Follow established procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Other duties as assigned.
