About The Position

The Process Technician role at Autoneum Management AG focuses on ensuring that production processes meet or exceed budgeted performance targets and customer quality expectations. The position involves training staff on manufacturing processes, managing engineering change trials, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The technician will also analyze processes for improvement opportunities and provide troubleshooting support to operations and maintenance teams.

• Prior experience in maintenance and/or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production processes meet/exceed budgeted performance targets and customer expectations for quality.
• Train and share knowledge of manufacturing processes to operations and maintenance.
• Manage engineering change trials and documentation as required and assigned.
• Provide leadership, discipline, and support to ensure the highest level of safety, housekeeping (5S), and professionalism.
• Analyze processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support Kaizens and 5S events.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process-related challenges for operations and maintenance.
• Provide training to operations on equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (i.e., TPM).
• Improve manufacturing processes to exceed OEE expectations.
• Identify and eliminate scrap from the manufacturing process.
• Review and execute process audits.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities.
