The Process Technician role at Autoneum Management AG focuses on ensuring that production processes meet or exceed budgeted performance targets and customer quality expectations.   • Ensure production processes meet/exceed budgeted performance targets and customer expectations for quality.
  • Train and share knowledge of manufacturing processes to operations and maintenance.
  • Manage engineering change trials and documentation as required and assigned.
  • Provide leadership, discipline, and support to ensure the highest level of safety, housekeeping (5S), and professionalism.
  • Analyze processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Support Kaizens and 5S events.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process-related challenges for operations and maintenance.
  • Provide training to operations on equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives (i.e., TPM).
  • Improve manufacturing processes to exceed OEE expectations.
  • Identify and eliminate scrap from the manufacturing process.
  • Review and execute process audits.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities.
  • Prior experience in maintenance and/or engineering.
