To support developing methods/processes at the most cost-effective level while meeting the quality, quantity and long-term objectives of the company, assists in the maintenance of equipment tooling and facilities.

Requirements

Relevant Associate's degree preferred. Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing support or lead role
High degree of organization and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Office)

Nice To Haves

Facility/maintenance/tooling background skills desired.
Supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

Plans and coordinates production procedures, identifying process needs, improvements and changes, and supports/leads projects designed to implement process changes that are identified or as directed.
Troubleshoots all urethane chemical processing issues and aids in corrective action.
Troubleshoots all urethane equipment processing issues and aids in corrective action.
Supports processes to manufacture products through effective utilization of in-house build programs, outside vendor build programs and equipment vendors.
Responsible for the accurate and adequate storage of engineering records and documented to provide support and verification of process and product changes.
Supports cost analysis and justification rationales for any and all engineered changes.
Maintains effective communications with Manufacturing, Quality Control, Material Control, Tool Room and Maintenance.
May provide recommendations for new products within company objectives.
Performs special projects and other assignments as assigned.
