Temp Process Technician Position Overview: Responsible for keeping machines running efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Monitors production, reduces downtime, and supports overall manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Manufacturing or process technician experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities
- Install and remove molds as needed for production
- Start and operate presses according to standard procedures
- Monitor machine productivity and reject rates
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Use gauges and SPC tools to check product quality
- Record production data and machine downtime accurately
- Assist floor staff and supervisors as needed
- Support safety and continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Attend training sessions and follow all procedures
- Work overtime when required
