If you share our values, come find your place in our global community. You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. This shift will start at 5am and end 5:30 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This role supports the production line and will follow productions needs. Please be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time. Your main tasks: The Process Technician is considered an expert of manufacturing processes and equipment. Responsible for adjustments, equipment set-up, autonomous maintenance, daily reports, and training equipment operators to assure production plan is accomplished in a safe, efficient, and productive manner with a high degree of quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Operate various forms of equipment and teach new employees proper operation of the equipment. Responsible for daily productivity in their equipment and data analysis. Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments based on quality and cycle time requirements.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or High School diploma/GED and 3 years of manufacturing experience
  • Must possess fundamental understanding of Industrial Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed repair reports.
  • Ability to Ensure product is built to specification in a quality manner
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
