About The Position

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Help with the development and maintenance of manufacturing processes for new production. Help establish required training by process and production part. Troubleshoot process related problems and take corrective action. Train to the system of managing process change. Understand all quality standards by part number and disposition product accordingly. Monitor and review non-conforming rate by part and process Develop and maintain a project list and activity log for review Provide technical support to manufacturing team by troubleshooting, molding/manufacturing related problems Perform molding trials on new and existing tooling as required. Conduct projects aimed at scrap reduction, quality improvements, productivity increases and general support of GROWTTH activities. Maintain positive communication between all team members on all shifts Performs necessary functions to adhere to Quality Standard guidelines. Provide daily updates to management on status of production floor issues and scrap. Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent. Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job. Excellent attendance, extremely strong work ethic, self-motivated with minimal supervision preferred. Basic computer skills needed to understand programs and documentation . Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
