Join the Data Solutions team as an Orbital Weld Process Technician, where you'll play a key role in setting up and maintaining orbital welding operations for high-performance liquid cooling systems. This position supports production flow, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Familiarity with orbital welding systems and measuring tools preferred
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to safety and quality.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shifting priorities.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain orbital welding equipment, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Performs specified preventative maintenance procedures and assists Maintenance and outside sources with trouble-shooting testing equipment.
Support Quality Assurance by ensuring proper inspection protocols and compliance documentation are followed.
Train new technicians
Participate in Lean and Kaizen activities to improve processes.
