As a Process Technician based in Morgan Hill, CA, you will have responsibility for laser processes used for fabrication of various microelectronic circuits in the Anritsu fab. Key Responsibilities include: CO2 laser drilling of ceramic substrates and resistor trimming Work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure smooth flow of production work orders and report issues that may affect the performance of process equipment or production processes. Communicate and work as part of a team to improve work flow in the fab processes and participate in various continuous improvement plans. This position will be reporting to the Fab Operations and Engineering Manager based in Morgan Hill.

Requirements

  • 2- 3 years of experience with microfabrication is desired.
  • Working knowledge of laser micromachining and hands-on experience is a plus.
  • Able to think critically and willing to contribute to various continuous improvement efforts.
  • Team player and ability to work well with other personnel in the fab.
