Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and direct employees.
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders.
  • Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 11 hours during a 12 hour shift.
  • Ability to work in a dusty environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of fellow employees.
  • Ensure proper production rates and part quality with minimal scrap.
  • Pull samples for QA testing as requested.
  • Adjust process parameters on equipment as necessary to correct quality concerns.
  • Ability to operate all equipment from material system to air-vey.
  • Ability to efficiently start and shut down the thermoforming line.
  • Work with support department on diagnosing and fixing the equipment.
  • Operate a fork truck to load and move material.
  • Complete all aspects of line change over.
  • Ensure accuracy of material scanning, material loading, and labelling of material.
  • Maintain your section in a clean orderly fashion.
  • Monitor the production schedule for special instructions.
  • Required to fill out daily checklist, first piece inspection, and WebEFF paperwork.
  • Complete assigned tasks as required by management.
