The Process Technician will be responsible for documenting mold change and machine adjustments for the Norristown, PA facility.
Responsible for documenting mold change and machine adjustments including troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
Makes effective technical decisions and communicates them to Engineering, Production, and management to support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Work with production personnel to ensure molded components meet requirements and adjust as needed.
Providing molded components in a timely manner to meet production schedules.
Knowledge or certified in Scientific molding and theory.
Generating documentation on mold runs for traceability and reproducibility.
Work with Quality and manufacturing departments to ensure the quality of production and products produced meet company standards.
Following established procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Ensure safe working practices are followed.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum of 1-3+ years' experience in injection molding.
Minimum of 1-3+ years' experience in manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in automotive environment a plus.
Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Must have good organizational skills.
A positive attitude is a must.
Previous experience in the automotive industry/environment a plus.
