About The Position
Toray Plastics (America), Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Post Process Technician to join our production team in Front Royal, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of assigned production processes. This role involves a variety of tasks including machine setups, quality inspections, and maintaining documentation. The technician will also be responsible for keeping the work area organized and clean, ensuring that all equipment is in optimal condition for production. As a Post Process Technician, you will set and monitor machine operation controls, ensuring that process conditions remain within specified limits. You will be required to prepare necessary paperwork and enter data into computer systems as needed. Quality inspections are a critical part of this role, and you will participate in efforts to correct and improve product quality and machine efficiency. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to assist in other areas of the plant to support overall operations.
